In Honghe’s production plant are storing equipment of ethylene oxide and epoxypropane, the domestically first-class technology and equipment performing reaction of ethoxylation and propoxy, as well as the production facility of annual 800T 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolone (DMI), annual 500T 2-imidazole alkylketone, and annual 300T β-lactamine, the total capacity of reactor being 80,000L. In addition, Honghe own large-scale spray drying equipment, high-pressure reaction equipment, low-temperature reaction equipment, external reflux reaction equipment, and is capable of producing annually 10,000 tons of pharmaceutical Intermediates, surfactants, oilfield demulsifying agents, and emulsifying agents, polyether, and solvents for producing pesticides. Our research and testing center covers a total area of 600 m2, equipped with LC, GC, FTIR, UV, rotational viscometer, Saybolt viscometer, ultra –high-speed centrifuge, ASO. Closely cooperated with certain institutions of higher learning, Honghe is capable of testings by NMR (Bruker 400MHz), GPC, LC-MS, GC-MS, FTIR, Brookfield rheometer, surface tensiometer, as well of developing BPCs, medicine, pesticides, food additives, surfactants, and oilfield chemicals of various kinds.
